Ive had a few receipts put in the till.

I think sometimes they don't know what to do properly so just put it in the till, and I often forget to ask for it.

I understand that completely nikki. Just before my Dad died 8 years ago, I was with him in his garden and commented on how beautiful his Wisteria was, and the fact that it was scented. He pulled off an offshoot and gave it to me, but didn't think it would grow, but it did. I planted it outside my front door, and it has flowered every year since. Whenever I see it in flower and smell the lovely perfume it gives off, I think of him.

use a different email address everytime and untick the box. always use email addresses, postal addresses that are made up and someone else's post code :rotfl:
I only had that warning once and swapped to the above method and haven't had it again.
Also i think that particular receipt is "tainted" so wait til October and re-use it.
