  • How will I get my voucher when I am entitled to one?

If you bought your shopping online we'll issue you with an e-voucher you can redeem off the cost of your next online shop. Please be aware once you claim your e-voucher, this can then take up to 7 days to credit your ASDA.com account. If you bought your shopping in store, we'll issue you with a voucher you can redeem against the cost of your next shop at the checkouts.

In store vouchers can be redeemed at any Asda store, as long as you present your voucher along with your original receipt.

Alternatively, you can redeem your voucher at the customer service desk if you are spending less than the value of the voucher. All vouchers must be used within 28 days of being issued. You must ensure that you retain your original receipt as vouchers are only valid when presented with the original receipt.

Had anyone seen this in the t and cs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can we not just take our apgs in for cash then

I am now officially back in semi-retirement

Although I havent done as well out of this as some people have, I have done well enough. Yes I could have done better, and I made mistakes but its not the end of the world, and I am lucky enough that the odd mistake here and there hasnt cost me dearly

My friend has called me her official glitch consultant :rotfl:

Not too sure how that would look on my CV though :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

And I still got a substantial discount on my laptop out of it :j

  • I went to my local Sadas for the second time today and before I even had a chance to take my APG's out of my back pocket, the sa on the till said to me "We know what you are doing!!". I explained that it was a very lucrative venture and that he should get involved and tell his colleagues about it too..

Anyway, it seems I have my cards marked in my one and only store and they know that something dodgy is going on, they just don't know quite what yet!!

It is extremely helpful that there are so many glitches that you never have to duplicate the same shop on each receipt and there are so many items that can be bought that they cannot keep track of exactly what it is that is doing the damage.

Looking forward to doing the crisps in the morning (and maybe another few cleaning items, let's see how I feel)....:):)

Im not sure about this, but I bought cereal, dog food and Kiplings and only had the one trigger, the oats.

yes but the items you bought all have the same trigger (they are all on a 3 for 2 deal WITH the same end date) .....but the dental - yes its a 3 for 2 in waitrose too but it has a different end date and therefore has a different trigger

so yes all items with the same deal same end date will need only one trigger item .........

  • The Price Guarantee website will be updated by 6am daily, except in the case of Morrisons data, which will normally be updated twice a week on a Tuesday and a Thursday, which means that the Morrisons prices checked may be up to 5 days old (see Terms and conditions numbers 1 and 3). In-store customers will need to wait 3 hours after shopping before using the ASDA Price Guarantee. Online customers will need to wait up to 48 hours after your homeshopping order is delivered before using the ASDA Price Guarantee. This is to allow your shopping data to be updated in our systems.
