Many many thanks to all you wonderful people. It's a pity I'm now employed and without a car so I can only do so much with a push bike :rotfl:

Got my first robinsons today, why oh why did I bother. Despite reading the label in store I got outside in the dark and instantly saw it looked too small!

My question is have I turned my 12er in to a 9er or a 0er?!?

Get on the phone first thing, demand to speak to a manager and tell them what you want and how badly you have been treated. Don't let the store dictate. Write down all your points before you phone, get the name of the manager you speak to and a reference numbe. Demand a apology in writing for there stupid coupon and lack of staff training which has upset you so much you shall think hard about taking your high weekly shopping allowance somewhere more professional. Your get a £10 voucher too if you call CS. I had 3 now.

    Thanks for your replies guys.
I was fuming when I wrote my post sitting in the car after spending >20 minutes standing like a complete wally while they decided in so many ways that the apg voucher was faulty.
They did not say fraud at all, and I tried hard to get that out of them, they just went all gormless and blamed it on HO directions saying all details had to match.

And that there is no way I could have such a large apg when I only spent £7.xx.

Oh and there is no way I could have printed it because you have to wait til 6am. I booted up the apg app and lo and behold it says 6am now too!! So I looked even more stupid. I did re-enter my receipt details and gave them my phone so they could read it.
The female CS tried to argue my case then, but the first manager wasn't having it. Then another manager joined in and once I'd got my receipt back he decided to write on the back that the voucher was still valid, so I've got "apg" scrawled all over my receipt and an essay on the back of my (now invalidated - 2 lines drawn on the front) apg.

And, I still don't have my Pro Plus!:rotfl:

But I do have pralines and cream Haagen Dazs.:j:j

    It's only a game
