been looking at list on the website and i think it would be quite easy to select fillers for them.
thinking about it the dad of one of the kids who goes to my DDs kung fu class is in the forces.

For you boozers out there, (you know who you are!! ) Mr M has branded spirits at £15 a litre at the moment. Usual suspects, Smirnoff, Bacardi, Bells and some others. Nice with the extra 10% that Mr A will give you as a matter of course if you target M's. I know how difficult you're all finding it to depart from Sada's at the moment!! :D:rotfl::rotfl:

Having a headache

just did a cereal shop with 3 x pots of 120g rice, got a mix of 12 different cereal products, not including fillers..

Have I got it wrong, do we need the oats as well...
