    Noooo, not offended at all.

Just irritates me that most the info is here if people actually look. People post up the results of shops for peoples benefit then those other people cant be bothered to read them and then just ask and ask.

People ask for different reasons, some because they've been working all day, some because they have not been able to catch up due to personal issues, some because they genuinely don't understand the glitch without a lot of guidance, some because they are just too tired for one reason or another. All these reasons have been used by regulars and newbies alike. We don't know for sure all newbies ask out of laziness.

Not such a good result for me today, but still OK.

I bought Dorset Cereals nutty museli (reported as working), but it has not shown up on the APG at all (not even as NA)
This made the numbers wrong and so the alpen light, and cilit bang didn't compare.....

This has happened a few times......

Morning all VERY CONFUSED this morning

This is my comparison from last night

    2 x Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Pink Grapefruit ...£9.00£4.60
    1 x Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Pink Grapefruit ...£4.50£4.50
1 x Clearasil PerfectaWash Auto Face Wash Dispenser + ...£13.00£0.10
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Hair Gel (300ml)£0.15£0.10
    2 x Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Pink Grapefruit ...
    £9.00 £4.60
     1 x Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Pink Grapefruit ...
    £4.50 £4.50
1 x Heinz Five Beanz in Tomato Sauce (415g)
    £0.84 £0.85
1 x Clearasil PerfectaWash Auto Face Wash Dispenser + ...
    £13.00 £0.10
     1 x ASDA Smartprice Hair Gel (300ml) £0.15 £0.10

So you would say I dont have enough toiletries but on the receipt I also have a Neutrogena Moisturiser from the same range b/c 8226 showing as £3 on the receipt but not even on the comparison as n/a

    I have 4 neutrogena, a dispenser & a hair gel
    igloo wrote: »
the neutrogena that you bought that isnt on the comparison , where is it on the receipt? is it at the bottom?

i did a shop and when i went to pay my shopping was less than my voucher as some things had scanned for less than they should have. i then threw in a pack of maltesers and I had 2p to pay . But, the strange thing is, on the comparison, there's no maltesers!!!!!

so, to summarise....SA pressed total, scanned maltesers then pressed total again.

results page dont show maltesers anywhere.

i wonder if this is what happened to you.?

That's strange, as Waitys definitely sell it, and it's in the 3 for 2 offer.

    http://www.waitrose.com/shop/ProductView-10317-10001-209224-Dorset+Cereals+simply+nutty+muesli

does it only compare items up to the first total? is that whats happened to the others?
