    Morning All! :)

Hope all is good with everyone today, I'm yet to catch up from 11pm last night.
So, I have a confession to make... I failed in my non-smoking - don't ask me why but I stupidly had a few, which led to a few more, which led to another packet blah blah blah! I keep making excuses as to why and to why I've not stopped again, and it's really got me down, sooo stupid!
Anyway, I've just got an appointment with the Nurse at 12.30pm tomorrow to have a review to see if I can go on Champix :j
A little worried they will say no, or that I might not get on with Champix if I start it, and I've heard it can make you feel sick (phobia) but it's got to be better than this rubbish I'm taking in!

Anyway, off to catch up, please feel free to go grab a coffee/tea/red bull and stop gassing for a moment! :p

I gave up on Champix and I too have a vomit phobia, I did get nausia if I took the tab on an empty stomach (felt like travel sickness) but if I ate first - I don't do brekkie but forced down half a weetabix and I was ok

Pm me if you need to, 40 months smoke free for me :)

Delivery man has just been with my furniture :j The tall bookcase is flatpack but the guy says it is very simple to put together  Andy & Steve are going to put it together when they come up again at the end of October, and they told me last night that they will decorate my hall then too. What good friends they are :A :A The chaps unwrapped the sideboard and put it in place and then lifted to telly and Sky box over onto it for me. It' really heavy as solid oak, so I wouldn't have managed it myself. It is really nice and all I have to do is screw the wooden handles on ................ and fill it up :rotfl: I will post pics when I have sorted it

And the kennels rang to say that I could take the dogs in today if I wanted, so, after a little thought, I decided I would. I'll take them in later and then go to A$da ;);) I hope they have the sp conditioner in stock today

This is a list made by henlans of which shampoo's compare for all those asking,

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=55767911&postcount=6244

Thanks so much Henlans, this I find brilliant, if I'm in store and something is out of stock then I can quickly refer to the list on my phone for an alternative :T

Also at the bottom of his list, is another link to his shops showing comparisons.

It is good to hear that he is getting better. I can totally understand your pent up anger hun, you have both been through so much. I remember last year when your OH was banned by Tossco for his behaviour, though they recinded that when they understood the problem. It must be so hard for you to deal with it all. Does your OH know what he is doing when it affects him, or remember about it afterwards? Lots of love hun :A

    Morning

No he doesnt know what he's doing or remember whats happened:( but we have less and less incidents like the Tesco :(one now thank goodness. hugs x

This waitrose 3for2 glitch is really bugging me, there must be some logic behind it somewhere, just cant figure out what it is!!

    LOL

from the TV programmes song :- "making good use of the things that we find"

A womble is someone who pics up Asda or Tesco receipts to see if they can get a price guarantee voucher and/or, in Tesco, claims clubcard points where a clubcard hasnt been used.

and most importantly we look for errors in the comparison results of APGs/PPs (how do you think all these glitches were identified in the first place!!!?? :D)
