Hope all is good with everyone today, I'm yet to catch up from 11pm last night.
So, I have a confession to make... I failed in my non-smoking - don't ask me why but I stupidly had a few, which led to a few more, which led to another packet blah blah blah! I keep making excuses as to why and to why I've not stopped again, and it's really got me down, sooo stupid! :mad:
Anyway, I've just got an appointment with the Nurse at 12.30pm tomorrow to have a review to see if I can go on Champix :j
A little worried they will say no, or that I might not get on with Champix if I start it, and I've heard it can make you feel sick (phobia) but it's got to be better than this rubbish I'm taking in!
Anyway, off to catch up, please feel free to go grab a coffee/tea/red bull and stop gassing for a moment!
i stopped n started so many times. i used the champix last november and it worked for me although it does make you feel sick each time you hve a tablet it wears off after 10 mins, they are definatly worth it tho, they worked for me and im still stopped now :T:T:T however i do get the odd occasion where i think... oh i could murder a ciggie, but it soon wears off!! WILL POWER is all you need... you need to actually want to stop though, or it will not work... any doubts and you will be back to square one again,with just one puff... i will NEVER go there again... Well I've had an interesting start to the day. There was a knock on the door at 9am and I thought it would just be the postman, but no, it was the man to service the boiler :eek: Was stood there in my Try by Day jammy bottoms and an old hoody that really has seen better days
And a house that really could do with a bit of a tidy Let him in anyways, too much hassle to rearrange :rotfl:
It's not a very nice day here, pretty wet and windy, so not doing much today, just getting organised for going away tomorrow, so I'll def not be going to A's until Monday at the earliest :eek: :rotfl:...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Bought 2 Coke this morning, the SEL said £4.49 (no offer label), but when I checked the receipt it said '2 for £7'!
I bought cheese too, hope the APG isn't too big!
It would have been much larger if the coke didn't go through as "2 for £7"
If anyone wants to avoid getting a high APG its quite simple really.....don't do a big shop

Don't beat yourself up about it Magicowen. Don't see it as a failure, just a false start and you always get another go Good luck hun
