  • Just in case it helps anyone - The older packaging of this shade is called "7: Natural Dark Blonde" ;) My store still has the old packaging boxes.

Hi and welcome. Well done on your first shop. I'm sure you'll get into it now that you've popped your cherry ;)

The best advice has already been given. When starting out, make lists, with emergencies for if something is not in stock, and stick to them.

To contribute, keep wombling receipts and putting them in in the hope you spot something the thread may find valuable.

:D Thats an expression I havent heard for a while! Oh yes I will be wombling, thats another thing I have learnt from you all. Thanks for the warm welcome.....

Sorry folks.. case closed... just it happened to me and my family then a couple of hours later to another group I know....who have also been trouted at various stores in Mcr area!! and of cos we are all the same race!!1

I was trouted pretty harshly, accused of fraudulent behaviour and making a fake apg.... (they had to apologise when I challenged them to check the receipts themselves and found it was genuine) I am a white female mid 30s not too far in distance from you.

I think some stores are just being extra cautious... one store nearby is great and we've had no problems but the other one has trouted both me and my sister on different occasions.

  • I guess almost everyone started like that, consider (like driving) you have just torn up your "L" plates, you can do it but you need to take care always.
Read here, copy known working lists, keep off the radar, and hopefully start to contribute later.
    Ben.

Am trying to figure this out to do a shop this afternoon, "keep off the radar" has concerned me a bit!! Can someone explain what's meant and how to?!
