Errr yes I am getting fed up of pointing you and others to the other relevant posts on that same thread namely 8 and 9 where it is clear that my comment was a tongue in cheek reply to the original post.
I know what I said and why I said it, even if you are bone idle not to quote the whole story!
The whole thread is there, bone idle my 4rs3.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

Challfour joined on 4/9/2012 and has averaged just over 14 posts per day and I am sure we are all totally fed up with him trying to, and succeeding (with a few) in winding people up who could do without it.
Challfour should spend his time on the Discussion Time board and get ripped to shreds by those on there who love an argument which is why Challfour frequents this board.
Mazza111 you offer excellent advice which is appreciated and don't let him get to you.
HE IS AN OBNOXIOUS TROLL PRETENDING TO OFFER ADVICE BUT ALWAYS WITH PLENTY OF BARBED COMMENTS. REPORT HIM, IGNORE HIM & TELL HIM TO **** OFF.0 -

Like you I don't know much and help when I can but find reading is about all I can do but on a good day my brain can engage and I may know a bit like you. I'm always so impressed with those who give their time to help others -- Gold medals to them. I sure have learned so much from MSE especially this board together with Disability & Dosh.
And I so don't want trolls to dissuade people from posting. I find they can be amusing until I realise they are succeeding in winding people up. And it can be people who are at a point in their life where they don't want winding up they need help.0 -
Another day spent on the phone listening to (one of) Vivaldi's Four Seasons and being past from pillar to post to pillar again with conflicting advice. I dread to think what my phone bill will be like next month. The Benefit Centre in Hull said we would need to make a new claim for ESA and gave us the number for new claims. the woman at new claims said it wasn't possible and told us to phone the original place back up. Once (finally) through to them again we were told to write a letter detailing DH's change in circumstances and send in any evidence to support this. This is all so frustrating. I guess we could be months and months waiting for an appeal? GRRRR!0

As I understand it, from your previous posts, your husband was found Fit for Work and you are now appealing this decision. Since that decision, your husbands health has significantly deteriorated.Another day spent on the phone listening to (one of) Vivaldi's Four Seasons and being past from pillar to post to pillar again with conflicting advice. This being the case, you are entitled to make a new claim for ESA on the basis of a deteriorated condition, you must make this clear when making the claim, but you are definitely entitled to do this.
Also, this is not a Change of Circumstances, as being found Fit for Work, the only options are a reconsideration or appeal.0 -
Thanks for your advice Cpt.Scarlet what you say is basically what the CAB advisor and the first gentleman we spoke to at Hull Benefits Centre said yet the woman at new claims said there was no way he could make a new claim. I don't know what or who to believe anymore. I'm physically and emotionally drained and so fed up with it all I could cry. It just seems like they make it so difficult for people to get the help they need.0
