Which ISP gives you a dynamic IP address ?

Hi all
As the title suggests, which ISP gives you a dynamic IP address instead of a static one ?
I used to be with Orange a few years ago and apparently everytime you switched off the router (and then back on again), you were given a new IP address.
For some odd reason, it doesn't seem to work with 02 which I'm currently with.
Are there any other ISPs that change your IP as quick as Orange did ?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks.
And is it more of a case of switching off (and on) the router to be given a new IP address? - just like Orange did ?0 -
O2 (LLU) use the BE network. On the old network (which most people still are on) the dynamic IP addresses are "sticky", effectively keyed to the MAC address of the router's modem, so usually remain unchanged. (They are still dynamic though because they CAN change - a dynamic IP does not mean that it MUST change).
Once BE's new network roll-out is complete then dynamic IPs will likely become more "dynamic", as that is the experience of people who HAVE migrated to the new network.
HTH.
Usual question though ... WHY do you want your IP address to keep changing?0 -

And it saves having to use a proxy all the time0 -

That would work. Or if you know how you can just log into your router's GUI and disconnect/reconnect which would have the same effect.0 -

All ISP providers provide only Dynamic Ip address. If you want Static ip Address,You can contact your ISP to get Static Ip address and You have to pay Extra charges for it.The advantage of Dynamic Ip is that we can change Ip address while in static we can't change but we can hide Ip-address using proxy server. If you want to change Ip-Address,you can reset your modem .Ip-address will automatically changed. You can check it using free online sites like Ip-Details.com

Apart from anything, at least some of it is incorrect - BE, for example, offer a static IP address on their Unlimited and higher plans for no extra cost.0 -

That statement is incorrect - Zen gives static IP address without any charge.0 -
