They had paid so I've had to refund and ask the buyer to cancel it. but as they haven't bothered to reply to anything I've sent them in the last week I won't hold my breath and will have to wait 7 days to close it myself.

If you go thro the help and support at the top it won't let you but the live support shew me how to do it.

I'd already paid for mine too!! Was asked to agree to cancel the transaction and then they would refund me - which they did.

ebay told me to refund first. doesn't make a difference to me.
