Hopefully he didn't throw a "toddler", foot stamping, petulant tantrum like a few years ago, when not doing very well in a debate with Angela Knight (Bankers' Association), on breakfast television!
Saw that clip on youtube - and admittedly, he didn't come across that well in it, but I get his point, AK seemed to be playing politician, hand-waving and bluff / blustering about things, not actually answering direct questions, and very much avoiding what appeared to be an uncomfortable truth.

On the other hand, whilst I get the fight for consumers, I do see some of what she was saying on the subject - not removing personal responsibility, and keeping on top of things and communicating, there was really nothing wrong in that.

I get his frustration, though, she did seem to be somewhat insincere and deflecting over most of it, and if you were sat watching / listening from perspective, if you had to evaluate who out of the two of them was being most honest, and responding in a way pertinent to the question, it wouldn't have been her.
