On the other hand, whilst I get the fight for consumers, I do see some of what she was saying on the subject - not removing personal responsibility, and keeping on top of things and communicating, there was really nothing wrong in that.
I get his frustration, though, she did seem to be somewhat insincere and deflecting over most of it, and if you were sat watching / listening from perspective, if you had to evaluate who out of the two of them was being most honest, and responding in a way pertinent to the question, it wouldn't have been her.0
