Hi,
I can get the works package on O2 for £8.75 a month if I sign up for 12 months. Should I go for this or are there any better deals out there.
Thanks

We don't know, since broadband is exchange-specific.
Do an exchange search on www.samknows.com for your other LLU options.
Plusnet Value is generallly the cheapest deal if you are on Market 2 or 3 exchange, or maybe TT Essentials if available LLU (though not exactly recommended). However both are capped tariffs, which may not suit you.No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
the old O2 legacy package was much better. It all depends what you use your broadband for. IMHO Sky's unlimited offering works out much cheaper and better for me. I left the old O2 legacy package to go to SKy.0

Same here - I left O2's legacy package (£18 a month but is £13 if you sign up to a new 12 month contract) to go to Sky and I'm delighted.
Connection speed is 10% faster on my line and it's completely free for the duration of the 12 month contract (£60 Quidco just been paid, and 6 months free so the £120 cost for the year is now £0) plus there's the £25 M+S voucher.
Completely unthrottled and unlimited just like O2 legacy packages.0
