    Thanks NHS.

Feeling grumpy today and haven't managed to clear the cloud. Interviewed but no one successful, advert back out. Lots of issues in new area which is starting to get really exhausting. Have done 6 reports since starting and they take hours and hours. DD2 has taken my chocolate stash for cookery tomorrow and DD3 took the card out the tv and i spent 20 minutes trying to work out why it was broke (i did shout when found out!). Ordered new clarinet book, teacher said bit missing but now I can't return as he's scribbled all over it. Stood on dead mouse this morning (bare feet) as one of the cats obviously thought I needed a gift. Day 4 and still 2 people to pay on ebay. Plus still haven't recieved usb stick and in small print says to wait 30 working days. Have overspent on groceries (yes already!!!), my o is intermittent on laptop and have to really press it, still 2000 words to go and then 2 mre assignments.....gosh i really am feeling grumpy. sorry, think im menstrual and so really needed that choc...

    right positive thoughts....
DD3 passed grade 3 clarinet exam
still have half tank petrol depite by now would need refill (due to easter break and week off work)
have forever house, 3 healthy and generally nice children plus happy marriage and reasnably well paid secure and mostly enjoyable job
    end in sight for course...

Thanks NP. I do miss it when your not about..

Had a better day today. Was supposed to spend all day (at the very least, but more commonly 2-3 days) writing a report about an incident but within 5 minutes and first entry I read I was able to declare the incident was 100% not us, therefore no report. YAYYYYY!!!! Had a little skippy dance on way back to office after getting confirmation that I was free!!!.... owe the writer a big sloppy kiss! We also have to "present" these to a board so phew!!!

Also had an internal "visit" and we did very well, and my staff were commended, the patients and students both fed to this team what a good place it was.

Been to zumba and worked very hard (honest) and done the ironing, had a bath and declared that if surveys aren't easy or interesting then Im not playing. Have "time out" day with deputies tomorrow and off this weekend.

Wormed the boys, so have 3 sulky cats at mo.

PS Time out isnt as cool as it sounds, it means we have a day out of the work place and do training, set objectives, discuss issues etc

I miss you too HDK, I will come back properly however just now I am being like Zorro, or someone like that who just leaves their mark (in my case either a bad or rude comment), then zips off again into the night (or in my case, Glasgow for the day).

Congrats on the impressive department and also not having to write a Thesis stylee report;)

PS a 'time out' day sounds like something you would have to do if you were all being naughty:rotfl:

Yes no smelly messes here please! They are truly awful reports and my masters pales into insignificance!! Im on number 8 or 9 now (3 of which works in progress)

Have to present 3 reprts this week, not a pleasant thing, for new area.

Yes, Time out does seem a bit naughty step! Went well though. Went back to office for a bit after and then not sure where time went as suddenly it was 9pm. Am terrible for leaving late again. Jobshare want to finish reports at weekend but stood firm...NOOOO. so reports to finish Monday.
