    Great stuff, well done :T
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • Absolutely brilliant achievement. I agree with MWC, losing it is one thing, keeping it off is fantastic.

I need to hunt for motivation.

    Best wishes Tilly x x x

  • Thank you mwc, gg, cathT, tilly and ajm, I do feel really pleased about it, wasn't sure if I was overly so. Feels like almost bigger than the losing. As the motivation for losing is seeing the change whereas this year it's sustaining it which isn't as exciting. My biggest fear is gaining, hence still calorie counting every single day. It's frightening to think if I take my eye off the ball it's game over. Had a few calories over days this week but mobile phone intact... lost my run mojo a bit so doing more variety gym. Perhaps time to explore classes again, but may just be the weather.

Can I confess to bumping the car Tuesday... slightly gutted as was still shiny. Other party claiming but my no claims protected. Think my damage may be not worth the excess but being at work long hours me and I haven't seen the car in daylight yet.

  • Great news and definitely the hardest part of the job...keeping it off.
  • Thanks shs.

Ran today, a good time 6 mile in 60 mins, plus I swear I did twice as much as at one point running like crazy just to stay still as wind so strong. Coming up one field, I genuinely feared I'd be blown over.

Shopping officially finished. Every thing in house wrapped, a few online bits will arrive later but rest wrapped and bagged in loft. Need to do tree decorating yet.
