Porting from talkmobile to vodafone

Is it allowed? Just asking coz talkmobile are basically vodafone and have read somewhere talkmobile customers were taken over by vodafone.

    AFAIK, Talkmobile is (still) owned by Carphone Warehouse? They just happen to use Vodafone's signal.

    If what you say is true, they've still to let me know, and my account log-in still takes me to Carphone Warehouse.

    In a nutshell, it is allowed. Same goes for T-mobile (for example) if you wanted to move to Orange.
