how long to chase a complaint made?
Hello
I have made a complaint in writitng via fax and email to Orange following a few oddities on my account (i.e a free add on disappearing on my account despite being assured that it would remain in place and the upgraded line cost being quoted without VAT, but not being advised that VAT would be charged extra ..)
I sent in a complain 4 days ago (including weekend) How long do I leave it before chasing.
I may be a bit victor meldrew but i think a complaint should have at least been acknowledged by now?
How long is sensible to leave it?

Orange complaints code says a lot of things, but they don't follow it. My letter went off about the same time as yours - after a previous complaint via their so-called customer services three weeks ago was completely ignored. A few hours later after visiting various locations in India I was forced to give up and write a letter. It seems that just about all mobile compaines nowadays treat their customers with utter disdain and do everything they possibly can to make it impossible to speak with anyone in this country who is genuinely interested in stopping a problem (of their creation) in it's tracks rather than encourage it to escalate far beyond its simple beginnings.0

The correspondents team is tiny (because management won't let them recruit more staff).
Any fax is auto changed into an email and sent to their inbox.
I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply this week, sorry. . .0
