they should allow £50 a month if their error

What I am saying if I do have to pay would They allow extra payments on top of what I already pay a month like if I am paying £85 would they let me pay £135 a month until the 3.9k is paid.

Yes I use the tumble dryer a lot but this is still way to high.

they should do, as long as it was their error. However they normaly allow the period it took to rectify to repay
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Sorry for late reply couldn't get a signal where I was.

    Question1. It's both

    Question2. It's marked M

    00778|41

Ps they've said someone came round to take photos of the metre but what I don't get is surely if they checked this then when I told them the 4 digits then they should of said sir you need 5 digits not 4.

If you supply a digit short then the leading digit is assumed to be a zero. Which in the case you quote above (is this gas?) makes no difference, you have used 778 units only, so a reading of 0778 or 00778 makes no difference.
I suspect it's an error that began when the meter went round the clock at 00000 though-when was that?

So what 4 digits did you give them, and what 5 digits do you think you should have given them?
