Well if it were me I have to say I would now send the seller an email explaining what has happened and then I would pay for the item or at the very least pay for the item to be sent on to a buyer or back to the seller, you had committed to buy the item by making an offer to him, when you make a best offer Ebay make it very plain and simple that if it is accepted you are committed to buying, your mistake which has ultimately got the seller confused in some way hence the items have arrived.

So by you making a best offer and then deciding you do not want the items you have not only:

    a/ Messed the seller around

b/ legally committed to buying something for a set price and then expected to be able to walk away with no hassle

c/ cost the seller courier expense in sending the item to you

d/ probably caused a nightmare for somebody else if the item was re-listed, which brings me on to.....

e/ A possible negative feedback and item not received case for the poor unsuspecting buyer.

What is your ebay user id so I can add you to my blocked bidders list.........
It's not that black and white is it as the seller has (in theory) 'sold' it to two people. OP has not paid and the second buyer probably has and has not got their item.

In a muddle like this the OP should cooperate with the seller to get it sent on to buyer 2.
