oh and post office for dd

You can't post your daughter!!:eek::eek::eek:

2:45am that beastly baby went to sleep!!! I have no idea what to do with her.. she has developed an awful wheezy cough.. I am seriously thinking of dragging her to the gp again about this. it is a horrible croupy cough and rattles about in her chest and other than a bit snotty in the morning she is fine all day. I've tried the daily vacuuming/wiping of the bedroom to see if it might be dust related.. She has porridge and was even in a sleeping bag last night and she still wakes up!!

    Busy day today apparently..

    psyche 11am for DS3
    Need to run to tesco

OH is getting the kitchen to clean while I do the rest of the house!!!:eek::eek: It isn't too bad there is just lots needs putting away

  • WM, TD and DW on here, DS3 not long up so he's fed. DD's bedroom is coming round nicely as is mine, bedding in the wash now. Computer and 2 laptop deflagged and recycling bin down.

Gonna go now and finish the bedrooms and hoover the hall. Then playgroup for DS3 and town for me. I'm hoping to get the bathroom and livingroom done before the boys get home from school. Then i can do the kitchen tonight while there in bed. :D

Pigpen hope DD is better soon.

DD1 has reset my ipod. Goodness only knows I wish I wasn't so technically illiterate!

Second washload just finishing - well it would be impolite not to take advantage of the howling gale wouldn't it?

DD1 has got up early to listen to the last Chris Moyles breakfast show. I can still remember sitting in the school toilets with a radio listening to the last Noel Edmonds breakfast show....

Wow everyone has been very busy since I last popped in earlier in the week. I haven't got much flying done all week because I've been so busy with uni and work stuff - this week was the final week of a 3 year intense professional training course so it was hectic but now I am freeeeeeeeee to be a budding flylady :)

As it is my first day of freedom I've lounged around this morning, but now I will get a move on, get showered and dressed, before doing some errands and getting on with the lists. We have friends visiting and staying over this weekend so I need to get the place looking presentable. Because I don't want to exhaust myself, I will concentrate on the upstairs of the house today, and perhaps leave the downstairs to tomorrow morning. Play it by ear I think.

Time to get a move on!

Could it be the porridge that is causing some of the problem? - or more specifically the cow's milk that you put on it? It is a well-known fact that dairy products cause the human body to produce a lot of mucus. Oats also tend to make the mucus thicker. Could you try giving her something different to fill her up before bedtime - eg baby rice or sago made up with apple juice?
  • The towel that DS dried himself with last night is now in the washing machine - having seen the state of the bath after he'd been in last night I thought he had left all the dirt there.....

I was wrong - a good deal of it was on a cream coloured towel....

No sign of alarm man yet.

Very blowy here and I did hang the washing out, but at the third shower I've brought it in. Just as well too, as it was a heavy one. Now I've discovered I can't remember how to set the dryer going without it washing first, lol. Even in the book it doesn't make sense. Oh well, they might just have to have a spin first. I do wonder if the dryer will come on at all as the light went out. Whateva! My new happy pills means me = not care, lol.

I have painted the shed door, and now it's being rained on. Not care lol.

Just heard the machine go off, no dry then.

We did a bit of weeding and sweeping too, but all indoors now.

My dd had the milk intolerance too, and it really affected her sleeping. We switched to oat milk under advice of dietician and it really suited her.

Maybe try mixing it with something else, as ionafan suggests x
