Oh no! what did you do that for?
The OP is buried in debt and trying to stick two fingers up at the creditors, we were trying to avoid helping them get away with it.
Besides, all the info is clearly rubbish as chrissie and the questionmark posters are adamant of.
 Cancel the card, job done.:rotfl:
:rotfl: all you like, I know you, and all your followers, will find this very hard to take in but you are not always right. I have explained myself on the other thread, Halifax will not pay wonga, txt loan, and a couple of other payday loan companies, I can't recall the names now, if they try to get funds with a debit card that has been cancelled due to those companies not being ones that have recurring, monthly payments, they ask for one lump sum only. Now you can call me all the names you like as I just don't care, you hate being wrong, you hate posters disagreeing with you, but I'm afraid it's going to happen because you are not the big shot you think you are.not all on benefits are scroungers and don't need to be bullied!0

hi, my partner and I both got wonga loans (to pay for some unexpected wedding costs) and i know that it wasnt the best idea we had but i had started a job 2 & 1/2 months previous & was working 40+ hours per week and knew we could pay it back until my boss decided that he wasnt going to pay me atall for any of the work done
the payments was due at end of august and i contacted wonga on the 20th aug, they sorted mine out but my partners is now in default incurring more charges, i have contacted them 6 times now by email and other than their first reply (which i replied to aswell) not heard anything back, i contacted customer care and they have said to ring them but advice on this website says to only deal in writing.
i am trying to repay but not getting owt back, do i just wait until they decide to reply or keep trying? and do i contest the charges as i tried sorting it out early?
does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this before i loose my mind with them :mad:0
