Spam Calls

During working hours i get these spam calls to my mobile. They only ring for 2 rings then hang up. It seems to be from a variety of numbers but it's always the same process.

I rang Orange and they say they don't have nay network level blocking tools and i have to use an app.

Is there any way to block these or report them to be stopped?

if you are only accepting calls from known numbers then many phones have a friends list feature, where the numbers not on the list are diverted to voicemail.

Is it maybe a 'spoofed' CLI that wants to get you to call them back on a 'premium' number???

All of the numbers except for three are UK 01/02 numbers. The other three are 00 353.

I've been getting some of these. When I answer I get 3 quiet beeps then it hangs up. As the displayed numbers were non-premium I rang one back and got a recorded message about my new contract upgrade phone! Obviously a scam to poach customers. I'm on Orange too by the way so it looks like someone has got hold of a customer number list (or bought one, illegitimately of course...)
