Just been to Asda (The Jewell, Edinburgh) and they were reducing loads of clothes to 50p and £1. This included both adults and kids stuff. Loads of bikins and summer clothes as well as suits etc being reduced. Even spotted Jeans from £25 to £3. The guy in store said all Asda's will or are doing the same to get rid of excess older stock.

I would loved to have spent longer looking but has to get home quickly.

Checked out Asda Southbank (Middlesbrough) and its like a jumble sale. They had stuff reduced all over, picked up mens briefs for 18p a pack of 2, a couple of mens shirts for less than a quid each and some walking socks for 25p a pack of three. No ladies or kids stuff reduced yet. I also got a couple of the delicious pavlovas @ 50p each and the last few packets of the 25p burgers.

Just been to c/f branch nothing worth rushing there for. A few things at half price but not worth the time or the crowds.

Just been to Asda at Leyton, nothing was reduced there, not one item!! so perhaps they are late in marking up the reductions, or it is in limited stores ???

asda thornaby did have stuff in sale but only half price!! paid £6 for brown skirt and £7 for thick pink hooded cardie (very nice) but no a sign of any of the other stuff for £1 etc....
maybe will have another look tomorrow

B*gger all in Liverpool
