    Nice relaxing day today.

Started off with an upset tummy for the dog which he has now recovered from, although quite stinky now!

Then did a round of Banish fat boost metabolism which is cardio and quite puffed out from that. Then swept up outside to tidy up, washing done and hung out. Walked up to town to meet my friend for a coffee and a chat. Bought myself a top that I have looked at many times and it had finally been reduced by 70% to £9.60 from £32 (as if!). It looked absolutely lovely on and will not date at all.

Then back home for lunch, sweep and mop the floors at long last, ironing, swept up again outside. Mr dog recovered and we went out for his usual walk, then back to sweep up more leaves, a nice relaxing bath then meal planning for the week ahead for the usual quick and easy teas that are not ready meals!

So what got placed on the back burner, oh yes, uni work as per usual. Never mind, still have a few days left to get the work done.

Will be getting a few NSD in next week to catch up and work towards that target

Well what about today. Not much to report apart from a boring day at work feeling hungry this afternoon. After snaffling a few biscuits down when I got home, decided on an early tea rather than exercise. Talked myself into Shedding later once tea had settled. Hard work but I did it and its in the bag!

Just at uni waiting to meet up with my tutor. Anyway today filled up with petrol, did most of the top up shop, nipped to get the only binbags that fit my bin, posted the ebay parcel - all at lunchtime.

Just hoping now these forms get signed off

Well, yipee the forms can be submitted for approval. I did it and got there and got the forms to a submission point!

Protocol writing next is the job to be done then meet up with tutor is approx 3-4 weeks time to go through the next stage.

Having a well deserved night off tonight too. Prep all done for tomorrow - porridge made for next 2 days, lunch sorted and rest of food to last a long long day and ready for Friday too.

So tomorrow is the long work day before short day on Friday after a hard week at work this week I'm looking forward to a quiet weekend watching the rugby that's for certain.

Absolutely dreadful day at work today, not just for me either. Can't wait to get to lunchtime tomorrow then I can go home for a relaxing weekend.

Anyway, enogh of the grumpiness from me as at todays weekly wigh in meant I had lost another kg, reached a target and almost back to maintaining point. In fact I may maintain from here in a few weeks time - will give it a couple more
weeks to get to my final lower target and see then. Thought some weight had come off after I could feel a pair of trousers feel a little looser this week - a slim leg slim kick flare bargain pair of work trousers which were called very smart today!

Also happily sent off the forms for submission, did a little bit on a literature review and arranged the next meeting, quickly applied for a job on the off chance of a whim just to see what happens.

Well today's plans for a happy relaxing weekend are to finish off the cleaning, tidy my nails up, have a facemask, have a hairmask, do Shred L2, walk up to town to see if the reduced top I found goes with a busy patterned skirt that I've struggled to find a top to go with or not then back to watch the rugby and make a nice tea

Quite a lot to fit in today!

Just made some pineapple and banana pancakes for breakfast which were rather nice, using up some leftover yoghurt to go with them - plenty left for tomorrow too - feeling full for a change!

Bought the purple top for £7.68 reduced from £32 and a bag for £1.50 with student discount reduced from £8. Todays total comes to £9.18
    crazy clothing total = £67.28/200
The bag goes with another had to match up skirt and the top goes with another hard to match up patterned skirt - nice outfit there now.

Looks a big total so no more spends until the next round of 70% off sales if it includes a couple of tops I saw today but there is no way I'm paying full price after getting these ones recently for 70% off - I'll stick to my iron will and wait for the sales and see if my size is left. Still have a giftcard to use so any spends over next couple of months will be on that - have my eye on a heavily reduced blouse but it may be a little on the big side - will see.

Then that will be it, can't see me needing much more now after the wardrobe refit over the last 12mths following the weight loss over the last couple of years.

Talking of which, I made the decision to maintain today after looking at myself in the changing room mirrors. There is no point aiming for another kg loss when I am happy where I am and all my clothes fit - I do not want to shrink away! Maintaining now, exercise continues and if any more comes off from that so be it and I'll reassess then.

    Super exciting floor cleaning next!

Check me out finishing all the cleaning today! Floors swept and mopped, rooms cleaned and hoovered and it's done!

Felt a bit achy after yesterday's exercise and having a day off. Did manage an hours extra walking today to make amends.

Totally busted the diet today with chocolate - not good but felt like it. Not sure why, anyway control landing back tomorrow as no point maintaing then going over every day. Let me see how the week ahead goes before getting ahead of myself.

Nails all tidied up and repainted neatly, couple of sewing repairs done too. Time for me to fab up with a facemask and make a nice tea watch the rugby and early night as feeling tired today
