Well Done on your £100. What's the plan for that?

10mths time......saving up for a nice piece of jewellery to mark the occasion if I can find one as I am a fussy indecisive so and so at times!

Well I have completed this week's cleaning - quick run around with the hoover, cleaned the bathroom and tidied up and emptied all bins. Washing in the machine currently, clothes from today drying upstairs, maybe will wash the floors tomorrow depending upon the weather. Tomorrow just need to do a quick sweep up of leaves outside.

Plus did all of this with a lovely face mask on and face feeling better and brighter now. Just nails left to tidy, file and paint then they're also done for this week

well, had a nice tea tonight HM leek and ricotta tart - not bad for a first attempt! Missed out a couple of the ingredients as didn't have them - think if I make it again I will include them just to make it a little bit more interesting and tasty.

Did very well today not caving into any more sale clothes when I went to meet my friend for a coffee. We both did well saying how we didn't need any new clothes and I said I would wait until spring. I might cave in to use my giftcard if the final reductions are still there for the couple of things I am considering - both quite spring like items too.

Lots of walking done today as my exercise - did not stick to the plan at all for the weekend for some reason, must have needed a nice and quiet weekend.

Also took the dog on his long weekend walk this morning while it was cold and misty and he promptly got covered in mud while running around so he at last got his bath I've been meaning to do for weeks! Washing all done for now, along with a wipe around the kitchen. Work stuff sorted out for tomorrow including food so I think tonight will be pretty chilled out - might even get my uni work out for a look - as if!

Also NSD 3 today as I was treated to my coffee today and I didn't buy anything at all!

Well I did it and made myself go out for a run tonight after work. It was v.mild while out with the dog and I knew I would be pretty fedup wIth myself if I didn't go and then made excuses not to go again once it gets colder later this week. Off I toddled out planning a 4mile run then as it was going pretty well changed my mind and finally went for the longer 6mile run I haven't done in a long time. Not too bad although felt pretty tired 2/3 of the way around managed to pick back up on the last leg. So I can tell my stamina and fitness is nowhere near where it was and I know I need to get back into a regular routine and stop making excuses and it will return.

Run time today - 56mins 4mins slower than my fastest so ok really considering I can't remember the last time I ran that far - I think it was in October just before I got that horrible virus. Pleased now I did it and started the week off in a good way!

NSD 4 today - pleased again!

Trying hard to stick to the kcal allowance to lose those extra pounds gained over christmas. WI in on Thursday - no expecting to much of a loss on the first week back to the plan. More realistic for 2 weeks to lost a kg

Well, after a dreadful nights sleep last night I'm hoping tonight is a better one and
