Had a lovely walk with the dog this morning under bright blue sky and sun! How nice after all this miserable grey weather and absolute soaking we both had yesterday.
Have made the tomato soup which made 8 portions from fridge and cupboards and is nice and tasty. Also washing out on the line drying in the breeze, ran round with the hoover to tidy up a bit and also changed the bedding and emptied all bins.
Having a nice relaxing day today and have listed my exercise plan onto my calendar and online plan to remind me to do it and stick to it!
Over paid onto 3 cc £10 each which is all I can afford at the moment as funds are going to be very tight this month. I think I'll have to reign in the fruit spends at the weekend and go for super cheap veg.
 Whats in season
 oranges
 apples
 pears
 clementines/satsumas
 sprouts
 cauliflower
 parsnips
 potatoes
 swede
Hmm, what shall I get from this list? Thinking sprouts, potatoes, cauli, apples, clementines and pears for a start along with some unseasonal bananas. Will check the prices and see at the end of the week. This week's shop needs to be as low cost as possible.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

Another thing I would like to change. I am determined not to buy any more clothes for Jan. I ordered 3 new jumpers in the sale for £20 which I will collect on Friday and that is it for this month. I am determined to stick to it as I have a lot of clothes to wear, mum also bought me some for Christmas and I need to return a couple of those as they don't fit and mum said she would buy me something else to replace them which was very kind of her indeed.
I think this will be the hardest thing for me to stick to in Jan - not the healthy eating or not drinking but not buying any more sale clothes! If I do I will be fab!
I made myself go for a run this afternoon -pleased I did and it went very well considering I haven't been for a couple of weeks. Could certainly feel I had done some exercise when I go back!

What can I say about today. First of all not a NSD as I spent a grand total of 30p on 2 hair dyes in the 65p sale section (previous rrp £5.99!). My plan of reducing the haircosts is going even better then now coming to £20.65 for the next 4mths and I'll be popping back in to see if there are any more at a super low price.
Oh well at least work wasn't too bad today and its a short week too!
Did Shred tonight after work which I am pleased about as I didn't quite feel up for it and looking forward to a day off exercise tomorrow. I could feel I could manage it better tonight though and that's good progress after a week. Another 2 weeks on L1 to go and should get even better by thenfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

A pleasing NSD 2 today - a close shave at times but strong will got me there in the end.

            Spendy day today on the following;
 Petrol - £34.31
 Mr T - £20.85
 Mr S - £11.12
Cold tabs and vitamin tonic - £4.40
Have stocked up on plenty of fresh fruit and veg to last and incorporate some more veggie meals after all this meat eating recently. Thinking about a nice leek and ricotta tart for tomorrow or a hairy dieters meat and potato pie if I get around to making them. Made the filling tonight from some reduced very lean mince - quite a frugal recipe really with old veg used up and half a pack of mince which would be £1.75 for this and this gets divided up into 6 pies. The leek and ricotta tart would make 4 portions too and have just found a couple of nice veggie curry recipes to try out - potato and pea, potato and spinach and so on for a nice change.
I was very good and didn't cave in to any more skincare offers or any sale items when I went to collect the sale order of 3 jumpers for £20 ordered last week. Phew, managed it! Not sure if I'll manage it tomorrow as off to visit mum for the day.
Petrol should last 2 weeks fingers crossed and fruit should last into next week. Meal plan is looking pretty good too using up whats in and I shouldn't need to buy anything else until next weekend fingers crossed.
Also had a day off exercise again as woke up feeling that kind of tired you get when a cold is coming on - hence the cold tablets this morning. Felt better after those so thought it would be better to have a day off and if I feel better tomorrow do Shred instead and then a run on Sunday.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

            Meal plan thoughts
Sat - meat and potato pie with veg
Sun - jalfrezi sweet potato curry with chapati / leek and ricotta tart with veg
 Monday - leftovers
 Tues - leftovers
Wed - chicken stirfry or pasta with veg
Thurs - leftovers from Wed as late night at work
Fri - jalfrezi sweet potato curry and chapati
Sat - chicken and veg casserole
Lunch is soup apart from Sunday which is bacon sandwhich
 Snacks are fruit - whoopidoo!
Desserts are youghurts basic and value chocolate mousse and possibly banana and custard or rice pudding if the kcal allows it
BTW - did I mention I had put on 4lbs since November - must have been the hangover from lack of exercise and virus but hey - all will be ok as it will come off again so I'm not too worried about it apart from feeling a little bloated and podgy as a result. Has been a long time since my clothes felt tight - a warning sign if ever there was one. Even though my friend told me she couldn't tell when we were discussing how Christmas had affected both our diet and exercise routines and how we are looking forward to getting back on track with it all again.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

I have £30 left for food for the next 3 weekends - going to be tight spending £10 per weekend. Shouldn't need much more than fruit, veg and milk but I'm not sure if I can do it. I think my next plan is going to be doing the next shop when I run out of milk and yoghurts to just get those, then when I need fruit and veg just get those as opposed to buying them all at the same time for the week ahead. I'll give it a go and see how I get on - you know it might just work!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

I like keeping my morning routine the same as working week. At least a Sat and Sun morning is much less frantic though than the working week mad dash getting ready!
I will do the cleaning tonight - I am writing it to make it real to me to get it done! Bathroom here I come, hoover watch out you're getting an outing tonight along with the bins being emptied :rotfl:Rock n' roll Sat night here :rotfl:final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

Well, what to report today then?
I met up with mum who was feeling tired like me and a bit down in the dumps. We took back the clothes that didn't fit and replaced them with a new jacket for me in the sales which is a rather nice black 60's or chanel style reduced from £59 to £19. Also some pewter court shoes reduced to £9 - so the replacements came to £4 less than the originals and mum also treated herself to a nice smart grey jacket for £15 reduced from £35 and she almost fitted into a size 12 jacket which was the first time in a long time, just a little snug on the back but nearly there!
I bought the coffees and lunch for us so today's spends came to £10.87 and also 2 rolls of reduced christmas wrap for £1.25 each to put away and a pack of matching tags for 25p - good price for £2.75 for all.
Stuck to my goal of not buying any clothes and only buying if I need it etc. and as a result didn't buy anything new - phew!
Finally, happily I got 2 more £2 coins today to make my total now £100! Yipee!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
