That's better. After feeling my muscles stiffen and seize up through inactivity for 7 weeks I could stand it no longer and just did 20mins of yoga. The muscles are loosening off and feel way less stiff and seized. Right, its back to exercise from tomorrow as I am feeling bored stiff, literally, of the inactivity and recovery. Think its time for some gentle kick boxing tomorrow as a start then I'll take it from there. Thought about a run but not sure if I'm up to it yet. I'l see how the kicking goes along with a little gentle yoga and maybe try a run in the week ahead.

Think I might be truely feeling better after all these boring weeks of viral illness, or is it because I've been at home allday!

Phew! Sold some things today on ebay that were very much unwanted from a dismal period of the past. The buyer got them at a super bargain price but I am so glad they are going as I didn't want them and they reminded me of how I felt back then. They are off to their new home and thank goodness for that!

Just waiting for 5 more buyers to pay up and off to the post office on Tues to send them off. Listed a few more on there also from the same dismally sad and depressing period of life and hopefully they can go off to a new home to be happily used instead of unused

I took the dog on his slightly longer weekend walk this morning as the rain had stopped and looked at the mildly flooded streets and parks but nowhere as bad as elsewhere. Then decided to do some exercise on my return and did some cardio kick boxing. Could certainly feel the drop in fitness but managed most of it and I feel very pleased with getting through it after being sat down for 7 weeks!

Also doing another steamed pud for tea with custard and some kind of spiced quorn and cous cous before hand.

What else? Oh yes, I am pleased to report that at long long last I have used up a toner which almost closes the door on my previous skincare addiction from shopping tv. Only a little bit of cleanser left and then the final cleanse and polish to use up and the door is practically shut on that previous life. Using up that toner was a big achievement from where I was 3yrs ago when I bought and bought and bought and stocked up and up and up way beyond my means. The journey continues!

NSD 16/18 today. Tomorrow I need to buy a pack of small padded envelopes but will still be a NSD as the buyers have paid for these as part of the postage payment and also have a look around for a couple of large boxes to parcel up some more things to go

Tea was very tasty too!

Firstly, lets get some present news out of the way. Yesterday had a go at another batch of soap to use up the grated soap from last time. Enough left for another batch and concocted lavender and oatmeal soap which I cut into 7 bars today. All the bars are curing over this week then will be packaged up ready for presents and for me to try out

soap to rebatch £1.50 /14 = 11p per bar.

I only had to buy a cheap bowl and some dried milk owder and then used up oatmeal and honey from the cupboards and the oils from last years bath salts and scrubs presents. Feeling pleased with the results and hope they turn out ok.

On 2nd week of phased return, going ok so far apart from when I got home to discover the celler starting to flood. Not too surprising I guess with all this rain and how the park is flooded. Moved as much as I could out of the celler and off the floors upstairs and outside so at least I won't get up in the morning to lawnmowers floating around precariously like last time. What gets ruined got ruined last time in the summer and is staying there for now.

Feeling worried about what I will wake up to as last time it was a foot deep after all that summer rain and today is rain rain and more rain and more rain and rain some more. Oh well I've done what I can and if only a big bag of dog food is the thing that gets ruined then that's not too bad an escape compared to what other's have had to cope with around the country.

Presents again - sent emails off to brother for him to have a look at what he wants me to get along with a present idea for me. Just one more online order to go on payday and that's done leaving only brother left to finish and all should be bought by the weekend bar the final present making

Well the cellar wasn't too bad this morning - ankle deep which was a relief compared to how bad it was last time. Draining away slowly now ready for the long drying out period

Posted 12 ebay parcels today leaving 3 left and waiting for 2 payers still. Collected some sale clothes and included were some rather marvellous snakeskin print jeggings for £7 (full price £27.50). Love them and they go with my new birthday boots just brilliantly great - just need somewhere to wear them now! 4 things going back as weren't too great on and as usual stuck to my rule of if I'm not sure then back they go.

What else - not much and better get off for a bath and yoga and bed!

2 ebay parcels posted today - still waiting for payment for one and another buyer won't pay so a dispute case opened to get it resolved.

Ordered final bit for mum's christmas pressie, final bit for a friend and also the bits for making bath salts and melts and lip balms. Used 2 survey vouchers to get £15 off so total cost for all of that lot was £22 which I'm very pleased with.

Bath salts and melts and lip balms are going into a homemade pamper hamper along with the soap made last weekend. Meaning they are next on the list to be made then its onto the final homemade food presents and all is done!

Buying final present for my brother at the weekend and then I think everything is ready to go for wrapping up which is good and quite nice not to worry about spending anymore. Will have a final tot up of costs after this and check everything is in order ready to go.

Grrr! Amazon order delivered to the complete wrong address in a complete wrong town nowhere near here - not a good start to finishing off the present shopping. I hope tomorrow's delivery turns up alright!

Oh dear, not a NSD today as I forgot to take my lunch to work. Left it at home in a fog this morning trying to get out on time.

As a result I decided to do the weekly shop instead and get a NSD tomorrow instead. Yesterday had to get petrol in and ordered some presents too to get the spendy day on the same day. I will get my final NSD in on the last day of the month and reach my second target!

So tomorrow is a NSD to get to 18 for Nov will collect final sale order and dash back home after work then finish off the cleaning. Sat going to see mum to sort out Christmas and then Sun sorting out the flooded cellar containers to chuck or save and a little garden tidy up. Thinking about a run at the weekend, just a little one to see how I get on after the long break. The yoga is certainly working - 20mins each night this week and my leg muscle is certainly feeling better. So it looks like a little run and hopefully a circuit too on one day over the weekend.

Today I am determined to do a bit of cleaning and not leave it all till the weekend so I'm off to make a start right now!

Well the delivery saga continues. Came home from work to find parcel had arrived and all was broken inside. Rest of order diappeared and turns out its with someone on the road - no card no nothing to tell me this. After lots of phonecalls to day to sort all this out from yesterday - found out which address its at - they're not in, also getting a replacement posted out to me asap. So here's hoping all gets sorted out pretty soon!

All ok now with the deliveries - dvd turned up first thing this morning and also discovered the other parcel was at a house further down the road.

Had a lovely day with mum looking at the final sale reductions - nothing much there, sorted out what food to get in for Christmas, got brother's last present, catch up with brother over and quick chat about pressies. Also got some coconut oil to make some bath products next weekend along with lip balm and handcream - going to be a busy weekend!

Now just about to parcel up the soap into pretty packages for presents after eating a rather delish tea of steak, wedges and veg and tried out the 2min choc micropud with custard - gorge!

Talking of which mum told me she had tried the basic custard after having it on our holiday and I also told her to try out the teabags and toilet duck stuff and see if she can tell the difference - I can't and she was pretty amazed about the price differences

Just deciding on the exercise for tomorrow - hmm not too sure yet what I'll be doing

Best job - have parceled up my homemade soap into 7 bundles of joy in waxed paper and presentation bags tied with a ribbon - 3 for presents so far a double pack of lavender and oatmeal and milk and honey soap

Tomorrow is bath salts day and next weekend is balms and melts making weekend when I've got the rest of the oils delivered which are winging their way towards me at the moment!

Is that quite enough? Not sure if I'll have time to watch a film - should do probably over tea time before the results programmes start while I'm parcelling up the sales to post tomorrow
