But to pay for anything on-line - you generally do need to provide bank account details or at least card details !!0 -
Just found out that my policy was automatically renewed, including setting up a new direct debit without my authority. How can they do this? I emailed them to say I did NOT want to renew and cancelled the direct debit but now they want to FINE me because the direct debit has been rejected by my bank. :mad:
