Best Iphone Sim Only deal (NOT TESCOS!)

Am fuming. Have had my Iphone contract since March 2011, never gone over my usage limits until this month. Tesco CLAIM i have gone over my data usage however its not showing when i go online to my account to look at my usage. it shows multiple connections at the same times which I know are not true. This is the first month i've had my phone on wifi as i thought it would work out cheaper. Tesco have so far charged me £15 for data usage over my limit (60p per mb). I'm not happy.
So, what is the best Iphone sim only deal - i currently get 3000 mins, 5000 text and 1gb data for £33.75. This month I've used 250 mins and 100 texts plus my data

Get a giffgaff sim. £10 a month will get you 250 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited data.
If you think you'll go over the 250 minutes, then the next price point is £15, for 400 minutes and the texts and data.
They use O2, the same as Tesco. So your phone shouldn't need unlocking, and the coverage is obviously exactly the same etc.

Virgin Mobile sim onlys are all 1 month contracts.

They can give you 1200 minutes plus unliminted texts and internet for £17 per month.

Three have launched their new packages this month - 12 month contract Essential 200 is 200 mins / 5000 texts / 500 MB data for £6.90 per month (currently - £50.50 Topcashback, so £2.69 ish per month). You can upgrade to Ultimate (once signed up) which gives you all you can eat data for an extra £3 per month.

Ultimate Internet 600 is 600 Mins/5000 texts/all you can eat data for £15.90 per month (- £75.75 topcashback = about £9.59 per month.

They do 1 month version if required.

Depends on topcashback tracking, Three being suitable with network coverage in your area etc but I am currently considering the 200 plan as that is enough minutes for my needs as mainly need texts and data.

Talkmobile (running on Vodafone network) also seem to have some good deals, particularly if you get a cashback deal through mobiles.co.uk (get a phone deal, not SIM only and then use the SIM in your phone). cashback deals aren't for everyone though.

Thanks guys - my phone is already unlocked as it was a comp win. However, I've just realised why I'm going over my data limit, whenever anyone responds to something I've commented on, on facebook, i get a notification show up on my phone and when I unlock my screen its already on facebook which means i'm using data - it shouldnt do this should it. Oh and don't want to tie into a 12 month contract so any Iphone Sim Only deals on 1 month contract is what I'm looking for
