In answer to your question, yes, I speak of real people.

Hypothetically speaking you do not even need to contact your bank, the mere mention of your details being used without your permission to LoansDirect will have this shady organisation running for the hills & tripping over themselves to reimburse.

Why would they not delve? Because only a legitimate company would delve.

Hypothetically speaking, you can class this lot as more of a cut & run operation.

Oh look, another one.

My advice is there in black & white to be used or ignored. Those who have used it have been refunded, I'm not proactively chasing people, we're all free thinkers.

I cannot get hold of these people by phone/email/address. They even have the nerve to comment that they have a 100% refund rate to customers, I don't think so as I have been waiting 3 months for my refund. I reported the transaction as fraudulent to my bank, and guess what they actually replied to my bank to let them know the transaction was authorised, so its a bit different when money is being taken from them though.


I reported them to OFT and FSO.
