You must have entered your bank account/card details. How else would they have been able to take the money?

Hypothetically Speaking...you could get your £69.75 refund processed within a day or two by using only the [EMAIL="support@loansdirectuk.net"]support@loansdirectuk.net[/EMAIL] email as your source of (free) contact.
I think we all agree that Loans Direct use underhanded tactics, within the law, to relieve you of your finances, namely £69.75.
Why not return the favour?
Hypothetically Speaking.....you could use your refund email to report that your card was used fraudulently & you have never even heard of Loans Direct until you noticed the debit on your account. True of course.
Hypothetically Speaking.....you could demand an immediate refund on this basis & re-send the email every 10 minutes until you receive a response.
Hypothetically Speaking.....you will normally receive email & text responses stating that your refund is being processed within 24hrs.
Hypothetically Speaking.....you could even go one further if you wish to be on the safe side & report to your bank that your card has been used without your permission, which it has of course. Your bank will then reverse the fee & cancel your card, replacing it within 4 working days.
