Sulis - I found the strategy you mention v. effective. I scribble "Take me off your mailing list" across my name and address and send back in their pre-paid envelope. (I don't do this with junk mail from Charities, which I simply recycle.) The most important thing to remember is ALWAYS check (or don't check as applicable) the box that says "don't send me junk" on ANY form that you fill in: make a point of looking for it!0
