T-Mobile Billing and calls/texts to Lebara Mobiles

Has anyone had problems with T-Mobile billing at international rates and not using inclusive minutes and texts when phoning or texting a Lebara mobile? If so is this legal and if not what needs to be done to persuade them that these calls and texts are to a UK mobile.
