As the case was only held on Wednesday (5th September) there is currently no paperwork. I will receive paperwork in the post very soon and have been in touch to ask if i can get a transcript of the judgement.

The court pointed me in the direction of a transcript company who can request the tape and type an court authorised copy for me but at a cost. more forms to fill in.

They tell me the judgement only will be around £35 to type up. If i want the whole case typed from the recording at could be very expensive as that is every word that was spoken over the course of the whole day.

The court tell me to wait and see what arrives in the post as they are unsure what they are sending me at the moment as they are about a week behind with their post. groan.

Will keep my eye out then

Martin should allow them to join subject to a joining fee and then allow them to buy the opportunity to post but with only a very small chance that their paid for posts actually make it onto the forum.
  • Lol, clever post

    nice one decouch!! :D:D:D:D
  • So, a judge says to you "when will you pay the claimant" to which you reply "immediately". The judge replies "then i will give you 14 days to pay" Do you :-

    (a) pay immediately
    (b) wait a week or so and then pay to make the claimant sweat a bit
    (c) make a post on a public forum apologising for you mistake and then completely ignore the judge and not pay.

Guess which option madbid.com took, 14 days was up today :-(

Maybe their offer to the judge was a mad bid
  • i think they are mad to be honest, lest face it, the judge was not making a suggestion, it was an ORDER

Could you send the bailiffs around, hopefully they will seize a large number of £600 HD Tv's that Madbid "sell" for £40 and value them at £40 each against your debt
