  • Why do you buy 'loads' of sp items?

I tend to buy 1 sp conditioner 2 expensive shampoos and then 5 other items that don't have to match, so i just buy the cheapest items in store or stuff I actually want

You only need 1 item to match not 8!!
Because when you buy 3 bottles of wine and want to keep your total voucher under a tenner you have to buy 7 other different items for the apg to work. I try to buy 9 or 10 things altogether as i've been caught out with things not comparing before.
It is nice that you can buy things that you actually want or need all the time, however, unfortunately when you are doing 10 targetted £10 shops each day you get to the stage where you don't want or need anything and are only after the glitched item, hence all the sp items and the 10p sweets.

Morning everyone. Busy morning, just planning my supermarket route so as not to waste petrol - could really do with a glitch on petrol:)

    Morning all :D
Anyone know if you can exchange the red wine for the rosado wine even though the receipt has been used for a APG. I know I wont be able to return the red, so wondered about exchanging it. Hubby hates the red but likes the rosado.

    TIA

    Morning all.
I've well and truly caught up. My shops yesterday were mostly successful, and the lady on the till was lovely, no hint of a trouting despite me using a couple of £16+ apg's. I had forgotten that I had emailed DS1 a list from France, with mainly tk on it, cos my lot love it. and he had actually done the shop successfully, twice :j.
When I got back yesterday I got DH to empty a couple of cupboards in the garage to store some of the stuff I got, cos space is becoming limited.(DH said 'we've got too much stuff:eek: and I told him you can never have too much, if it's stuff you can use or give away as gifts, help people out, or have luxuries that are expensive these days, without a glitch)
DS1's GF now has lots of Tresemme etc to take back to uni, and my toiletries stock is growing with all our favourites. I'll be looking for some baskets to make up some prezzies. They go down really well for birthdays and xmas (sorry to use that word) and cost so little to make.
I'm going out for some more 'stuff' today. Got to go early, cos on a night shift tonight, and a busy day ahead. The sun is shining, and that always makes me feel good.:D
Hope you all have a productive glitching day, and hugs to all.

Evening fellow eliters :hello: I'm back :D l
Thanks to everyone who has sent me best wishes, I've read them all from the last thread but not from this one yet (but i will). Silvercar, I loved the story you posted over telling your OH about a tiger ast being seen in A.. :rotfl:

Tiger cub was born just before 5pm yesterday.... a little girl called Polly. Those 3 A shops i did for coke and Nivea glitches worked at bringing on my contractions, my last receipt showed as 11.15am and 6 hours later I had a baby :rotfl: Do i get a badge for dedication to Elite 11+? ;)

I would have posted earlier but i stayed in overnight (just because of the time) and had no reception whatsoever on my phone. Then a delay in my paperwork meant i only got discharged at 4pm today.

Anyway, here is a pic of Tigercub as I know you want to see her.. Lots of love to you all, i missed you. xx
P.S. Locarr, thanks for the thread, Long may it be full of friendship and support to people

Anyone else think that Raven has left his laptop logged in to this forum when he went to bed? Does he have teenagers?

only managed 1 A shop yesterday and was trouted :( and havent felt up to it at all today, was going after i picked up the kids from school but i changed my shoes and when i bent down to put my shoes on i suddenly got that bad toothache pain again!?!

Its really puzzling me now as the night before last i sat down and it started, was in pain for hours then it suddenly went has been fine until i leaned forward to put my sock on today.
Oh has checked all my teeth and gums and they all look fine. the pain starts like ive just chewed foil on my filling like metal/electric shock and the pain spreads up my nerve all up one side of my face, to my glands and ear :(

ive taken co-codamols, diclofenac and sudafed, i put an ice block on the side of my ear/face and now the pain has gone but i just feel really crappy in my self :(

So no shopping for me today and im having withdrawals and feeling sorry for myself lol

Hi, I had something like this last year and it turned out to be an abcess. It seemed to come and go for a few weeks, then all of a sudden it didn't go and the pain was excrutiating. I had only been to the dentist a month or so before and had a filling, but it turned out to be an abcess under my back tooth. I had to take two courses of antibiotics in the end before the dentist could do anything with it and I felt really crappy in myself.

Might be worth getting it cbecked out. :)
