I've just been reading tonight about using a weekly drop of lavender, tea tree or cedarwood essential oils on a dogs collar for flea prevention. Certainly very cost effective and a lot more natural. There seems to be a fair bit of positive feedback so I'm going to give it a try.

It's only cost effective if it keeps your pet & house flea free.
  • I'd recommend Advantage flea treatment and either Acclaim or Indorex spray for your house.
