If you recently accessed your account while traveling, the unusual log in attempts may have been initiated by you. However if you are the rightful holder of the account,click on the link below to log into the account and follow the instructions.

It states https://www.paypal.com/.... as the text but i'm pretty sure once you hover your mouse over the link (don click, just hover) it will state something else within your browser/email application status bar.

thank you everybody. It doesn't address me by name. i haven't opened any links and my payapl activities are all in order. I had one similar to this a couple of weeks ago and immediately changed my login password.. I will pass this e-mail onto paypal as suggested.
