Is It Paypal Or Not

Just received the following from supposedly paypal. Is this scam or not.????????
I have looked on the help section in paypal but can't find anything on this type
I need to use paypal within the next couple days to pay for a holiday so can't cancel the account and reopen a new one,

    We recently noticed one or more attempts to log in to your PayPal account from a foreign IP address.

    If you recently accessed your account while traveling, the unusual log in attempts may have been initiated by you. However if you are the rightful holder of the account,click on the link below to log into the account and follow the instructions.

    If you choose not to complete the request, you give us no choice but to suspend your account temporary.

    It takes at least 72 hours for the investigation in this case and we strongly recommend you to verify your account at that time.

    thats one of the standard phishing emails...dont go through that link at all.

    if something was wrong with you're account I'm sure it would be flagged when you log in. Does anything appear when you log in to the paypal site as normal? I think it'd be worth phoning them. Don't click the link until you know whether it's genuine.

    I got one similar to this email earlier in the week. I contacted paypal and they said do not open it but forward it to spoof@paypal.com

    never click on any link on an email

    so many Ebay accounts are being hijacked this way..

    If its from Ebay, Paypal or even your bank, go to the proper website and log in from there.

    there are examples of the latest phishing mails/scams on this site.

    Sorry but this is obvious..why would you be clicking any links which asked you to log in? You must watch for these phishing mails, this is an obvious one and if you think it might just have fooled you then please please do the tutorial on ebay about spoof emails and phishing mails on ebay.
