Question about Orange business mobiles
I had a rather large bill from Orange a couple of months ago for almost £7,000. They said I'd gone over my data allowance by around 8Gb.
I managed to settle it for £300 as they agreed it was a genuine error, but now they're asking for more money, in the form of 5 monthly payments of £300.
They've said the only alternative is to pay off the remainder of the contract and give the phone back.
Just wondering what you guys thought. I've never heard of a phone company ask for the phone back...
