Cut off from Creation Financial Customer Services

Just phoned Flybe card services, put all my details in via phone keypad to retrieve my account, then got put through to an advisor, who merely giggled and put the phone down.
This kind of stuff is prevalent at every call centre I reckon, certainly the ones I've worked at in the past anyway.
Just to be nasty I decided that I'd message Flybe giving them the phone number I called from, and the time and date, so if they wish to track the offending customer "service" staff, then they can.
When I messaged them, it said "Thanks for your message, we'll be sure to action it within 5 working days".
Is it me, or is five working days a bit excessive to action a message?!

I have always found Creation staff to be OK on the phone. Of course this type of behaviour is unacceptable, but was it deliberate?0

To be honest, on this occasion I think so. The phone rang, got put through to a customer service operative, who was in the middle of a conversation she didn't want to finish, so simply hung up on me!0

Ive had this happen to me with scottish power, immediatly called back and she answered again!0

When my pal was on his last day with T mobile he redirected his calls to my house number,I was telling them daft ways to fix their phones and giving out champions league scores!I have a deep burning indifference0

Thanks for taking the time to comment Creation Representative. I'll say that my experience may well not be indicative of service provided generally at Creation since this is the first time I've had to phone.
As it happens I've transferred the balance that I was going to transfer to Flybe to a different credit card now, but if I should need to transfer another balance in the future, I'll give my Flybe card another go.
Cheers :-)0 -

How mature of him.
I hope any future references reflect this!0 -

Was it you I told to spin it round 7 times to get it to work?
Sadly some employers treat their staff like crap and some employees get their revenge.
He,s on almost double a payslip now so it did him no harm.I have a deep burning indifference0 -

How did he get 'revenge' on the company? Sounds like all he did was waste the time of the public. Still some growing up to do I think.0 -

Was just wondering how a member of staff working in the T Mobile call centre (thought it was in India?) managed to redirect calls to your house? Each staff member does not have their own phone number from which to divert calls .... he would have somehow had to redirect all incoming calls.0
