Not really, the email address is just the one he used to register the domain. The contact email listed on the website itself is info@starfury.co.uk

The professionalism and size of a company shouldn't be judged on the email address. All you need for your own domain name is a tenner. You'd be surprised how many very large companies I've dealt with who have given me their email address ending in @gmail.com, amateur as it looks.

I think he meant that listing only an email address for contact was dodgy rather than the actual address itself.

Problems that the OP is having not withstanding, I don't think you can condemn the guy based on sparse contact details alone. The domain name is his real name and the WHOIS lists a real address. He has his own IMDB entry and given that his father is mildly famous if the intent was to deceive I doubt he'd be using his real name.
  • Hi again,

I have been looking at the section 75 suggestions and i'm not entirely sure what to put as the template letter doesn't cover what i want to write, i don't want to sound like an idiot when i send the form off and wondered if anybody could suggest some text to put on the template to give me a fighting chance of a refund.

I am a named card holder on the account but one of the tickets was for my partner so we should still be covered.

Thanks again for any advise given, it really is appreciated.
