You'd never get out of those horrible windows in a fire. The pebbledashing is not very nice.

Why are the kitchen floor tiles skewiff?

    Chickenwire front fence.

    Where's the back door?

And who are the neighbours at the back, at a higher level overlooking the house?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
  • First and foremost for me would be the lack of sun on the back paved area which would instantly put me off. I didn't think of this when I got my first house and regretted it ever since. Luckily it was the top of my list this time!! Depends if you are a sun worshiper I guess.

I'm definitely a sun worshipper, lived in rented flats with no gardens for 10 years, so i'm well overdue a bit of sun! Thanks for the heads up on this.

My friend used to live in Tudor Court, a road or two along. Small world!

This one in the same road looks nicer to me: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-39063965.html

Still a downstairs bathroom, but very common in properties in E17 and nearby. Would put me off, but many accept it as a compromise.

You lose some of bed 2 making it a single though. Depends on what you want to compromise on.

My thoughts exactly. London property prices are SO out of whack with the rest of the UK. I bought a 4 bed detached with 1/2 acre garden in December for less than that!

I was wondering about the dodgy kitchen floor tiles myself - there must be a story there. I know it would drive me mental!

Absence of 'bath' in description suggests no bath.

Windows - tiny openings - OK for venting, but for letting through a proper cross breeze in summer?

Flat roof extension = 10 year roof life for felt, 15 years for fibreglass, 25 years + for rubber. Ask how old the extension is, when the roof was last replaced and, if you can't see for yourself, what the roof is covered with. Factor in at least a few grand for a decent replacement roof if it's reaching the end of it's life.
You had me at your proper use of "you're".

I think the 'character' has been modernised out of the House, it's a bit plain and boring. The Kitchen and Bathroom look like they've been 'done up' on a budget (not a very large budget)......they look a bit of a DIY job.

Doesn't do anything for me I'm afraid.........the photo's wouldn't encourage me to view it :( sorry.

For an end of terrace, that looks remarkably mid-terrace to me!
