OK I have ran an aerial installation company based in Norwich for over 20 years. There are no major problems (other than essential retunes of your TV) with the Tacolneston TX
If there was a problem,trust me our phone would be ringing non stop. I suggest the OP take a look in the yellow pages and find a Local aerial installer to assess and fix your fault.Onwards and Upwards
