It does seem surprising that someone with more than 1100 posts refuses to take any notice of several sensible suggestions and ignores requests for further information.

OK I have ran an aerial installation company based in Norwich for over 20 years. There are no major problems (other than essential retunes of your TV) with the Tacolneston TX

If there was a problem,trust me our phone would be ringing non stop. I suggest the OP take a look in the yellow pages and find a Local aerial installer to assess and fix your fault.

Nice thought but the OP can't make up his mind up whether he is in Norfolk or Suffolk , I suggested earlier in this thread he may , nay probably will be using Sudbury , and he has not revisited this thread in over a month.....
