Next time I'm at the butchers I'll ask for some new curtains, if everything is made in the same place as you seem to think.

Also this scenario would never happen, I've worked in fast food and it'd be impossible.

It can't be impossible to put a rude note in a kfc bucket!

I don't believe this happened but I've been to kfc and there is no quality control to ensure notes are not put in the buckets!

The very fact that your child pulled out the paper and handed it to you asking what it was suggests they can't read and where therefore not subjected to obscene language. It really isn't the end of the world. I once had a fortune cookie at a chinese restaurant and the caption said 'Help me I'm stuck in a fortune cookie factory'. It was absolutely hilarious and hardly ruined the meal, nor did I feel the need to compensation. I think the 'where there's blame there's a claim' is getting out of hand. You do not have a case.
