I have always told my children that people who use those words have lost the debateThese days the c bomb gets dropped alot. I am sure they will encounter these words again! The trick is to be a competent parent and teach them that these words are unacceptable

i didnt do anything to annoy the staff this was completely unwarranted.
i think it is only right they make a small gesture, given it was an obscene note in a their meal that exposed my children to the most foul language i have ever seen.
What would be the point of a small gesture if you are not going back again? No point throwing good money after bad....Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
a free meal is useless when i am not going back. i would expect them to find the culprit and have them sacked or disciplined, at least make sure they do not work unsupervised. im not after compensation, but a small cheque would be justified.
Whether the culprit has been sacked or disciplined is of no concern to you. Why not ask kfc to offer something else. Seriously your kids will have learnt the language used by the age of 14 (or even just in everyday life eg shopping) id say so its saved you from dealing with it at a later stage.0 -

Several other threads, all by newbies, all made recent purchases, all with obscene notes in them. Apparently Next sent them some boys school shoes ( which they don't sell) with a note in, calling them a massive gay or something like that.''
