  • Tesco Marry Berry Christmas Cake kits at £2 each; can be used as wedding cakes.
You will need extra Marzipan and more Icing sugar or use Regal/Fondant Icing and just add flowers to match your decor.

    Hi everyone!
I just wanted to say that we finally bought our wedding rings last weekend :)
Getting a little too real for my liking! lol.
We got them through Goldmsiths as Tesco are offering x4 the amount of your clubcard vouchers. (ends 31st Dec 2011)
For example £1 clubcard voucher = £4 Goldmoths vouchers :j

It's definately worth it. And when my goldmiths vouchers came through they didnt expire for a while - June 2012!

    Very happy bunny :) :T

  • hiya ladies,

I found planning my wedding really stressy (didnt help that i was pregnant either lol) however i wanted to find something unique for decorating the tables and the top table i came across Sam`s Crafts on Facebook (cant post link as i am newbie :()

She made me freestanding Number fully gemmed and a Mr & Mrs Taylor freestanding for the toptable.
Sam is now my number 1 contact if i want something pretty she also just made me some Initials which are stunning.
I got so much from Sam and it really did make my wedding unique and i still have people ask me where i got them from.
Defently worth having a look at.

Anyway hope you all have a great day and wish you the best in-laws :D

Do you have the exact name? I looked up Sam's Crafts, but not seen the one you mean..

    Thanks!

    Hi all!
I have just spoken to the future husband who says he'd been quoted approx £800 for x6 suit hire for the wedding!

Is this normal/average? It seems so high to me, but I just don't know :(

That seems extremely high to me. I think most places charge £60-80 per suit, and quite a few have a 'hire five and the groom goes free' offer. Try Moss Bros or Austin Reed. Another option is to ask all the groomsmen to wear a grey/black suit they already own, and just get the accessories and pay for the groom's suit.

    Hi everyone

I'm really sorry if this has been discussed already lately, but i've been reading the thread for days and i'm still only half way through! :embarasse

I'm getting married in around 7 weeks and I'm trying to sort out some centrepieces. We've bought some cheap vases from Ikea and are looking for pillar/church candles to go in them.
I need white candles, 5cm diameter....any idea where to look to get them cheap(ish)?

    Thank you :)
