Petrol costs for 160 miles return trip to work a week.

I will be going 160 return trip to work in a Peugeot 206 1.4 petrol is around 1.36 anyone know how much I will be spending a week please? thanks

    40mpg = 4 gallons/day = 20 gallons/week.

    20 gallons = 20*4.5= 90 litres * 1.36 = £122.40/week.

    Potentially forgot that the expensive internet connecting device can also be used as a calculator?

    No one here knows the MPG either. We don't know the actual car or the driver or how it's driven, do we? The reply above assumes an MPG figure.

    It was the most convenient number given the other parameters :D
