Pics are utterly irrelevant here. So there is no difference to all the other threads.

Ask them for a picture of the offending vehicle that shows a readable registration index. If not your index "Finito". If it is your index tell them to report it to the DVLA as a cloned vehicle.

Today i have received a letter from Rozburghe debt collectors for Parking Eye Ltd They have to collect £177.00. If they do'nt hear from me within 10 days they will put it in their solicitors Graham White. Has anyone got any advice on what i should do next
