New 'Tools' scroll bar is absolutely unworkable and unusable!

I mean this awful scroll bar on the home page where it is absolutely impossible to find anything. I spend 5 minutes trying to locate International Callchecker to no avail. Where has it gone?

A basic drop-down menu would be much more convenient addition or replacement to this so called 'improvement'.

It used to be on the right side of all pages (a convenient drop-down menu originally, later replaced with something with images and far less convenient), but gone now.
I was looking at the home page http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/ - the new scroll bar is next to the TuneChecker.
I did manage to catch UK Callchecker there, but international one seems to be missing - hardly a surprise for such messy bar. Finally I used 'Search' option to find it.

Not even noticed that before. It is a bit laborious to use.

Personally, if in doubt I normally just go to the "site map" page, as at least everything is on there in a list you can search. Not exactly elegant, butt at least you can reliably find things. :cool:
