help with TNS

im new to tns and nectar points but have only had 1 survey come through, is their any regularity(?) to the surveys or how many you get each week/ month?

There's not really a set limit to when they will come through. Sometimes i might get a couple a week then not get another for a couple of weeks.
Good survey site though, one of my favourites. Never had any problems with them crediting points.

I don't think there's much of a backlog, it's just things are a little slower than usual. The best way to contact with queries is just through the website though.

ive done about 7 surveys complete and havent had any of them credited yet and they are from jan onwards...i had a call from them today about another survey for someone in my household between 12-15 so my daughter done it and is getting a crisp sample through the post to try,,,anyone else had this today...
